As I tell my clients:
“It’s your journey, and you decide how deep you go. Whatever happens here stays here. You don’t have to carry it outside this room.”
Sound helps you see emotions passing through, like clouds. You don’t have to stop them. You just let them move.

Healing can only happen when you feel safe.
That’s why before each session, I begin with a short meditation—helping you ground, breathe, and arrive fully in your body.
When tears come, I hold space with calm presence.
You don’t have to apologize or explain.
Crying isn’t a breakdown—it’s a breakthrough.
“It’s okay if you cry. It’s okay if you get emotional,” I remind clients.
“That’s part of the process.”
Emotional Release Is Energy in Motion
Every vibration carries information.
When the sound finds an emotion you’ve tucked away, it loosens it gently.
That emotion—whether sadness, grief, or even joy—wants to move through you.
The body’s tears are simply energy turning to water on its way out.

In sound healing, both are sacred.
