Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique used to balance your chakras (energy centers) and promote relaxation, stress reducation and natural self-healing.
When you are certified in Level 1, you will be able to heal yourself and practice on others using the power of Reiki. Energy blocks and toxins will be cleared as the Reiki energy begins to integrate with your physical body.
This very gentle process is extremely life changing and will allow you to develop self-awareness and release any negative energies that no longer serve you.
