Sarah’s Touch Of Wellness
Sarah Dziubanek Sampeck
Sarah is a bilingual renaissance woman who has witnessed firsthand how trauma and stressful experiences cause physical, emotional, and psychological scars that prevent an individual to learn habits of distress, anxiety, fear, numbness, and depression. For over 23 years, Sarah has made it her mission to learn, lead, educate, motivate, and conduct research with an integrative health medicine approach focused on multi-modalities to help her community enhance their health, body, mind, and quality of life through disease prevention and optimal wellness.
Sarah holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Minor in All-Level Art Education from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. She continues to work on her doctorate in Integrative Health Medicine at the American College of Healthcare Sciences. Furthermore, she has certified herself in multi-faceted modalities that combine Eastern, Western, and cross-cultural approaches to help release stored imbalances and improve the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of her clients’ lives by harnessing transformative change.
Sarah developed the STOW Method to inspire communities to de-armour blockages by releasing stressful patterns of traumas, physical pain, & emotional belief systems.
